Olive19 – Refund & Return Policy

At Olive19, we take great pride in offering you authentic Pakistani craftsmanship — from Blue Pottery and Kashmiri Shawls to Nightwear, Winterwear, and Camel Skin Lamps.
Each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before delivery. However, if you face an issue, we’re here to help under the following terms:


1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

  • Returns or refunds are only accepted in case of:

    • A manufacturing defect, or

    • The wrong item being delivered.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Return requests must be filed within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our handcrafted and artisan products, returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of color/pattern.

  • Slight color or design variations (as each piece is handmade and unique).

  • Sale or discounted items.


3. Process for Return or Refund

Please note:

  • The customer must share clear pictures or videos showing the defect or issue.

  • Once approved, you will be informed about the return shipping process.

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
