Each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before delivery. However, if you face an issue, we’re here to help under the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund

A manufacturing defect, or

The wrong item being delivered.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Return requests must be filed within 14 days of receiving the order.

Returns requested after 14 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Because of the nature of our handcrafted and artisan products, returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind or dislike of color/pattern.

Slight color or design variations (as each piece is handmade and unique).
