5. Delays or Unsuccessful Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to Olive19 due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges.
6. Damaged or Missing Items

We take utmost care while packing, but if your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0313-6548377 within 24 hours of receiving the package.
