2. Product Authenticity

  • Each item is handcrafted or artisan-made, meaning slight variations in color, texture, or design are natural and part of the charm of handmade work.

  • Such variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return or refund.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without prior notice due to material cost fluctuations or special promotions.

  • Payments must be completed through the provided secure payment methods or Cash on Delivery (where available).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location and courier service.

  • Olive19 is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases.
Returns are only accepted in case of a genuine defect or wrong product received and must be reported within 14 days of delivery via WhatsApp at 0313-6548377.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been dispatched.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

  • All photos, designs, product descriptions, and brand content on Olive19’s website and social media are the intellectual property of Olive19.

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
